I have been looking for a Meme to do on Tuesdays. Not being able to find one I like, I made one up. I call it "Tales on Tuesday."

The idea is to tell a short, short (500 words or less) story based on the week's theme. To provide us inspiration, each theme will be the title of a TV show.

Your story does not have to have anything in common with the TV show.

If you want to play, the theme for Tuesday, March 23, 2010, will be "Lost In Space."
The theme for Tuesday, March 30, 2010, will be "Dark Shadows."
If you would like to suggest a theme, mention it when you comment.

  4. I agree, nice shadow. I like the idea of Tales on Tuesday. I will probably start in after April because in April I will be doing clinicals 6-2 on Tuesday and have to do the same on Wednesday. I have a lot of paperwork and have to try and go to bed early. Not my preferred pattern at all, I must say.

  7. Thom: The birds are out shopping for nesting material.

Quilly: The bright sunshine creates nice strong shadows.

Cheesemeister: Sounds very grueling. I am not normally a morning person myself although I get up at 5am everyday. I would much rather being heading for bed at that time.

Brian: even when we try so hard to get away.

Realliveman: I hope it meets expectations.

  14. I do love shadow shots. Have you ever read George MacDonald's fairtales? He has a good one about the life of shadows. My favorite is Day Boy and Night Girl, although I might be off on that title.

  24. The shadow takes on the quality of a drawing on the wall. I suppose because it's rendered in 2 dimensions then.
