Flash 55 - Indignities

~ click image to make biggerer ~

Caught in a lie and a broken promise,
he understood that he had to pay.
To be forever caged in a foreign form,
cold, hard and unyielding,
was the agreed upon punishment.
He resigned him self to that fate.
But did the witch have to give him
a yellow handle thus always
identifying his cowardice?

#5 was the half - those are things I collect but most can often be found on my desk at different times.

#10 - These are nicknames I had as a child.

  11. Sounds like "The Scarlet Letter" all over again - too many people are still comfortable (even these days) labeling people.
