(Cloth Dolls by Vanessa V. Kilmer circa 1990)
"Hug Me, Hanna" did come with a warning label. Unfortunately, the choking caution was fatally too vague for everyone in the house.
This was my Tweet the Meat story which aired
Monday, December 14, 2009.
Well, how is the Old Man (his back)? Better I do hope. These are very cute dolls. Not many people can make ones like this anymore.
ReplyDelete..
The dolls look very cute, but I guess the story is not suppose to be cute.;)
ReplyDeleteI am not sure I can figure out how to find the actual story though as I am not on twitter.;)

This reminds me of when Cabbage Patch dolls were in and the NATIONAL ENQUIRER did an article on possessed ones. They were levitating in their cribs!
ReplyDeleteThose dolls are sO cute! I wish now I had pictures of the dolls I made for my nieces and nephews "back in the day".... mine were like Dressy Bessy -- they had the zipper and the snap and the button and a shoe lace... I'd forgotten all about them until you showed me yours!
ReplyDeleteVery clever! Bwaa ha ha ha ha!
ReplyDeleteAwesome story my friend. No wonder it was featured :) Cute dolls...but deadly :)
ReplyDeleteWell done!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome!
ReplyDeletemuhahahahaha! And I have always feared dolls.
ReplyDeleteLove it. It made me smile (violence usually does)
ReplyDeleteAnd now I'm following TweetMeat.
Well joking aside...... the dolls are lovely!

Aren't they pretty! I even think my daughter (who is afraid of dolls) would like those.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day Nessa!
That was too funny, oh wait, I mean scary! ;)
ReplyDeleteI like the old-fashioned look of these dolls. Bu what a lot of work to make them!
ReplyDeleteOk this is funny... But just reading the words "tweet the meat" and the endless variety of "meanings" go through my head.
ReplyDeleteThose do look like killer dolls.
Those dolls are cute... I would love to hear more of the story.
ReplyDeleteBetter than the china dolls!!
ReplyDeleteThose can't be killer dolls. They look far too benevolent.
ReplyDeleteInteresting how many stories there are about killer dolls, though.
I suppose that PANSI is not a killer doll, although she certainly does have a sharp tongue! Brittney frightens me, though.
