Good Bye, Dr. John

It was with great sadness that I learned of the news of Dr. John’s passing. My deepest sympathy to his wife, Betty, and the family he loved so much. You are all in my prayers.
Dr.-John-245x300Dr. John was a great story teller. He loved poetry, puns and jokes. He played with words like a child with a new toy.

I loved reading Pastor John’s Sunday sermons. He witnessed his faith with a kind certainty. He was a true man of God.

The dragons are crying.

Condolences can be left at Betty's blog.

There will be no other post on Tuesday in Dr. John's memory.

  1. It's always so very sad. How old was he? That's what us old people always ask. There have been many friends on the net that have just dropped out of sight and we never know what happened to them.

  11. Very nice Nessa! He surely did love to play with words! And he loved his blog friends... we were such a huge part of his life the last few years. He ministered well to us... but we ministered to him as well! I HOPE there are dragons in Heaven!
