I tried something new and it didn't work the way I wanted it to work.
The post below this one is actually a new post. I set it up Monday and saved it as a draft so that's why it has Monday's date. Won't do that again. (TOM and DAVID helped me figure it out. Thanks.)
I am starting a new feature called Tarot Tuesdays.
If you want a reading, read Dana's post below this one and leave a comment for Dana and then tell me you want a Tarot reading.
If more than one person asks, I'll choose one person randomly or maybe do them all. I can't decide.
Now, follow directions, kay?
Looking for some laughs?
Wonder what you mean that it didn't work? What? Hey, you can adjust the date anytime by clicking above the publish button in the left corner of the box, I forget what it says. But it has a drop down that allows you to erase and enter date and time before you publish the draft.
ReplyDeleteTom: Thanks. I'll try that next time I try posting a draft. Always learning, always learning; D
ReplyDeleteI'd say it's definitely on the cards, Nessa!!!
ReplyDeleteDavid: You're so silly = )
ReplyDeleteAh, but I'm consistently silly!
ReplyDeleteForgot to say - you can easily change the date of a post. Just go to your dashboard, call up the post and click the `Post Options' tab. Clicking it will give you the option to change a) post date and b) post time.
Let me know if you have any trouble.....
And don;t put the card before the hoarse!!
David: I have no post options tab. I'm going to cry if you keep teasing me.
ReplyDeleteIt only allows me to format the post.
I'm such a dork. The Post Options is at the bottm left of the posting area. Duh!
ReplyDeleteI just scared the shit out of myself. I changed the post date and went to look at my handy work and the post was gone. I thought I deleted it. Dingy me just put in a date for 2005. OOps. All better now.
ReplyDeleteThis comment section was GOOD!! LOL. I have drafted posts myself. I was always afraid to trust the options thing, so I just copied the post and created a new one and pasted it. Works for me.
ReplyDeleteWhat's in the cards for me? Homework?
My, my you do have a lot of blogs...and all up to date. How do you do it girl...now I need to go and catch up...so many blogs so little time LOL
ReplyDeleteThis statement We're All Geniuses...are you referring to all of us...I am so sorry to disappoint...*bites lip* I hope I don't bring this blog down *sigh*
What a cool idea! Can't wait to see what you get.
ReplyDeleteYou're so funny. I can't believe you never noticed that post options thing before. Don't you have like 6 blogs? ;)
ReplyDeleteShari: I usually just cut and paste too. You can imagine my panic when I lost the post; D
ReplyDeleteMo'a: I figure if you read it, you must be genius, too, right?
Madame Wilde: It may be fun or it may bomb. We'll see.
Diesel: Sometimes I am so blonde, it's painful.
Your hair hurts?
ReplyDeleteYou are one busy person!!! How about giving some advice on posting a video since it just doesn't apppear although the box opens and begins to upload until blogger gives me a signal that I am not connected.....
ReplyDeleteOK, I posted something here. Whadhappendtoit?
ReplyDeleteI have to agree - you are very busy Nessa. I don't know how you keep up with several blogs. I'm impressed. Maybe you need a how to keep up with all the postings and what kind of schedule to be on for the rest of us - I have a hard enough time to keep up with one blog - because of other things and sometimes not much to put on it - oh well - so goes life - E :)
ReplyDeleteDoug: Only the blonde parts hurt; D
ReplyDeletePauline: Are you trying to post a video from YouTube Video? I don't use those anymore because they never worked right for me. Took to long. I make my videos using Microsoft Movie Maker which is free and very easy to use. Is that what you're using?
Swampy: Did a vampire come by and suck your highly entertaining and imaginative comment away?
Elysbeth: The key is not to have a social life; D
I'll be 50 this year and as a treat for you all (stop snickering) I'll be posted about 50 things I have learned in all those years and I'll be touching on why I have so many blogs in those posts.
ReplyDeleteBesides being posted, I'll also post on it.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read the 50 things post! Being 50 is nothing these days... 50 is the new 30!
ReplyDeleteZhadi: Cool. I had tons of fun in my thirties.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteLv2scpbk: You're welcome.
